Executive Chef Ping Coombes will host a Celebration Lunch to honour the Year of the Dog on Sunday 18th, February, from 12 pm to 2.30 pm.

Guests can enjoy a delicious, three-course set menu priced at £35.00 for two, featuring authentic Chinese dishes specially created by Ping. Diners can start with Lo Sang with Salmon – a traditional Chinese sesame salad with fresh salmon served with a plum sauce.

It’s often known as the ‘Prosperity Toss’, which is a ceremony in Chinese New Year festivities in China, Singapore, and Malaysia said to bring prosperity, wealth and good luck for the New Year.
