Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat, located in the Austrian ski resort of Lech am Arlberg is due to re-open for the ski season on 9 December

The Residence is a four-bedroomed private Residence and is ideal for families and friends to ski and stay in style with a home cinema, state of the art kitchen, grand piano, office and al fresco hot-tub, with over 400 square metres of luxurious living space.

The designer two-storey apartment with private sun terrace and whirlpool overlooking the mountain surrounds has been specially designed with vintage timber and selected furniture by the Italian label Minotti in shades of grey and blue. The Residence can accommodate up to eight guests with four separate bedrooms including the master bedroom, equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Each room offers comfortable box-spring beds by Wittmann, state-of-the-art technology and sound systems – making it the perfect place to rest after a day out on the slopes.

With its very own entrance and lift, the Residence offers privacy with a generous lounge, grand piano, fireplace and integrated home cinema, which according to Head Chef Stephan Kriegelstein, offers the best popcorn anywhere in the Arlberg region. The stylish and comfortable living area forms the centrepiece of the Residence with an elegant dining room and open-plan kitchen. The long wooden dining-room table is the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy the gourmet delights created by renowned Chef Stephan Kriegelstein and his team. To complement Stephan’s mouth-watering taste sensations, guests can choose from the many fine wines in the well-stocked wine cellar.

After exploring the slopes, skiers and snowboarders alike can relax in Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat’s wellness and spa area. The 12.5-metre indoor pool equipped with a counter-current system, waterfall and underwater bubble lounge is the perfect place to recharge. Guests can also enjoy a variety of beauty treatments and massages, individually or as a couple. To rest aching limbs there are two saunas, a steam bath and an infra-red cabin.

In addition to the private Residence, Severin*s – The Alpine Retreat offers nine super-suites and a fine dining restaurant where alpine sophistication meets casual comfort. Food lovers can indulge in a playful take on flavours and textures by Michelin-starred Chef Stephan Kriegelstein anytime, offering flexibility and time to discover the mountains. Guests can choose to dine in their own luxurious suite, in the cosy restaurant with its tiled stove or in the in-house wine cellar.

Residence at SEVERIN*S – The Alpine Retreat starts from 4,990 euros per night, inclusive of welcome Champagne, breakfast and dinner daily, mini-bar, Wi-Fi, parking, luggage service, a heated ski cabinet, shuttle to ski lifts, turndown service and use of spa and fitness facilities.
