For those seeking the most memorable culinary experience, the 8-Course Chinese New Year Premium Set Menu (HK$1,888+10% per person) promises a lavish feast of prosperity and abundance, with dishes such as Deep-fried Shrimp Paste Puff with Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork and Braised South African Abalone 4 Heads and Shiitake Mushroom with Abalone Sauce to look forward to.
