There have been very few opportunities for the cruise industry to celebrate recently, but here’s one. This weekend the Scenic Eclipse is marking one year since she made her maiden voyage and helped to change the face of luxury expedition cruising.
Over the past year, the Scenic Eclipse has travelled to more than twenty countries across three oceans. She’s entertained guests with more than 200 dives with her on-board submarine, performed almost 300 helicopter flight, taken 270 guests diving in the freezing waters of the Arctic and Antarctica and thrilled guests with 500 Discovery explorations.
That’s a huge achievement when you consider she is yet to celebrate her official first birthday. So how has she decided to celebrate this milestone? By offering her guests a £500 per person suite upgrade on selected Scenic Eclipse Arctic itineraries plus additional dedicated offers for loyalty guests.
The suite upgrade credit is available on new bookings on Scenic Eclipse’s Arctic in Depth, Across the Arctic Circle, Arctic Islands and High Arctic Explorer itineraries for 2021.
Sailing a round-trip from Svalbard’s Longyearbyen, the itinerary gives guests an immersive up-close look at the rugged glaciers and frozen tundras of the Svalbard Archipelago.
Christened in New York by Godmother Dame Helen Mirren in September 2019, Scenic Eclipse marries luxury and discovery with the ultimate in safety and sustainability.
