With COVID-19 dine-in restrictions in place in Hong Kong since January, Simon Rogan’s one-Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star recipient, Roganic Hong Kong, has been preparing weekly multi-course dining experiences to be enjoyed at home by way of their award-winning delivery and takeaway service, “Simon Rogan at home”. For their final Easter weekend menu, they’re collaborating with Estro’s Antimo Maria Merone on a very special home meal kit.
With the dinner ban lifting on the 21st of April in Hong Kong, Simon Rogan at home has unveiled its final Easter weekend menu from 15th-17th of April, which features an exclusive collaboration between Roganic Hong Kong and Estro, the progressive Michelin recommended Italian restaurant.
As the first meal kit of its kind in Hong Kong, this special collaborative menu will include four items, with each of the items pre-prepared by Roganic and Estro to be easily reheated, plated and enjoyed in the comforts of your own home.
Special Simon Rogan at home Collaboration – Roganic and Estro
For this special Easter weekend, Simon Rogan at home x Estro’s meal-kit features a total of eight seasonal items, including a wine pairing add-on (HK$500 for two glasses of wine each person) option by Roganic Hong Kong’s General Manager and Master Sommelier, Pierre Brunelli.
The meal will arrive with simple reheating instruction cards and a step-by-step video (accessible via this link or a QR code) for the best possible restaurant experience at home. The video is hosted by Roganic Hong Kong’s Head Chef, Ashley Salmon and Estro’s Executive Chef/Founder, Antimo Maria Merone.
The full Easter collaboration menu comprises:
- Olive oil and potato focaccia with anchovy buffalo butter, Incuso olive oil
- Confit potato with smoked eel, buttermilk and dill
- Soda bread with whipped brown butter
- Homemade fettuccine with Japanese rapini, aged fish sauce, and grey mullet bottarga
- Three yellow chicken breast with asparagus, creamed morel
- Chocolate truffle with caramelized yoghurt and hay (4 pcs)
- Neapolitan pastiera (traditional Neapolitan Easter cake), chocolate truffles, orange babà

Estro by Executive Chef/Founder Antimo Maria Merone & JIA Group
Estro is Italian Chef Antimo Maria Merone’s first restaurant, launched in partnership with Yenn Wong’s JIA Group in September 2021. A native of Naples, Antimo is among the vanguard of chefs rewriting the rules of Italian cuisine. Dedicated to elevating Neapolitan cuisine through modern cooking techniques, Estro’s refined tasting menus draw inspiration from Antimo’s homeland, with each dish evoking rich memories of his ancestors, history and childhood.
Each Roganic and Estro home meal kit is priced at HK$1,300 per set for two persons, and online orders can be made via www.simonroganathome.com with a 24-hour notice with a limited production of 50 sets per day. This special meal kit is available for delivery or via self-pickup from Roganic Hong Kong between 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm during the promotion dates. The home meal kit is available between the 15th of April and the 17th of April, and an optional wine pairing is an additional HK$500.
