The Kitchens restaurants have launched The Edition Afternoon Tea menus across their four London restaurants in Mayfair, Leicester Square, Monmouth and Bloomsbury Street.
The Edition Afternoon Tea menus expand their unique shared dining and dual-menu concept by offering a selection of traditional favourites with influences from the cuisines served across The Kitchens collection, from Peruvian to Japanese, from the Mediterranean to Mexican.
For an extra lashing of luxury, The Edition Afternoon Teas are offered in partnership with master London chocolatiers, Charbonnel et Walker. Each Edition Afternoon Tea is woven with elements of Charbonnel et Walker indulgences throughout its sweet options.
Savoury options offer The Kitchens’ reimagining of Afternoon Tea classics such as Organic Lemon-roasted, Corn-fed Chicken with Truffle Mayonnaise on Potato & Rosemary Bread, Cucumber with Mint Cream Cheese on Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia or Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese on Sour Cherry Bread.
A tempting assortment of sweets, such as Flourless Charbonnel et Walker Chocolate & Orange Cake or Sugar-coated Doughnuts with Charbonnel et Walker Chocolate Sauce, is also available, alongside a selection of the brand’s famous truffles.
Each Edition Afternoon Tea also has its own signature dessert and cocktail with a nod to each Kitchens’ individual concept.
While The Bloomsbury Edition – available exclusively at Bloomsbury Street Kitchen – is complete with the Mediterranean–inspired Italian Meringue & Coconut Mousse with White Rum Jelly and White Peach Royale, the Monmouth Edition in Covent Garden offers guests a Peruvian Coffee Brûlée with Chocolate Cacao & Mascarpone Amaretto Crème and a Pisco & Passion Fruit Royale.
At May Fair Kitchen, guests can enjoy decadent Italian favourite Tiramisu with Charbonnel et Walker Chocolate Shavings and Blood Orange & Pomegranate Royale.
The Leicester Square Edition offers Coconut Mousse, Lime Sponge with Guava Purée & Mango Coulis and Guava & Hibiscus Royale to match its Mexican and Peruvian menus.
The Edition Afternoon Tea menus at London’s Kitchens are complete with traditional Plain & Apricot Buttermilk Scones served with Cornish Clotted Cream and Strawberry & Vanilla Preserve. Each Kitchen will also offer full Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-free menus.
The Bloomsbury, Monmouth and Leicester Square Edition Afternoon Teas are priced at £30, or £40pp enjoyed with a signature cocktail. The May Fair Edition Afternoon Tea is priced at £35 or £45 with a signature cocktail.
